[pmmail-list] Spell checker in 2501 & TZ problem

Hi,

Using Windows 98 SE with PMmail Standard version 2.20.2501, the manual spell check doesn't work either.  It says it checked the message, but it doesn't catch 
any errors, like, 

thes ees a tesst off the speeling shcker in Standard edoitn of PMmial

The above was transmitted without any sign of a check; however, a
manual check (F7) behaved as expected.
