[pmmail-list] TZ fix

[PMMail 2000 Support]

Peter has fixed the TZ problem and is going to compile a new version this afternoon. I will make it available as soon as possible.

I am still looking at the spell checker problem but have been unable to reproduce. For those having this problem, are you using a custom installation, or are you installing all files? What are the settings on your spellchecker menu? You can send this information to me at support@blueprintsoftwareworks.com if you prefer.
