I'm getting slammed with them also.  I use the following filter in
PMMail to catch them:

 m.size>"12000"&
 b="html"&
 (!a="YES")

It looks for messages that are larger than 120K and the body of the
message contains the "html" tag and the message doesn't have any
attachments.
