[pmmail-list] Sending multiple copies on WIndows version

I reported this awhile back and it seems to be happening more and more now. Previously I believe I reported that if you select HIGH priority it sent dupes. Now 
it does it whether it is checked or not. I believe it also might be related to RETURN RECEIPT.

But, in any event, this is quite annoying to me and the people I have to correspond with. Is there any idea when this will be fixed?
