GOOD Account and coping ALL the .MSG files from a Bad folder (BUT DO NOT copy the FOLDER.BAG, FOLDER.EXP, or FOLDER.INI) to that Folder, 
then start PMMail (it should not crash, because the FOLDER.* files are read at startup) they Re-Index that NEW folder, and ALL the MSG files should 
appear.

I do not do tech support for PMMail, but I have done this myself many times.  Please ask questions if you would like further clarification..
