I'm sorry that you have these sort of clients, but I do appreciate your
dilemma. I have to use Lotus Notes at work (and I used to think Outlook
was the worst mail client in the world!), with my own private mail I
enforce correctness; if people wish to correspond with me then I expect
the mail to come in a format I can read comfortably. In fact PMMail for
OS/2 does this well as all tags are stripped, however the Windows
version uses the cursed html-rendering dlls and is more difficult to
make it do what I want.
