  Just call up your address book and click on the column heading of the
field in the address book you want it to sort on.  One click on either
the alias or real name field (one of those should be the one you want)
and it will sort A to Z and a second click on it will sort Z to A.
 
  At least that's what happens here in the 2.20.2402 Windows Pro
version.  Unless that's another thing thats gotten broken in later
Betas.

  That is the main reason I haven't gotten a newer Beta, it seems for
everything that's fixed something else gets broken.  That is one of the
problems of trying to tidy up code written by someone else, the
interaction between different modules of a program and the effects of
changing one or more of those modules.
