Ok, I figured out the problem after looking through my account
properties and noticing there was no information in the security tab.
Somehow the path to my keyring files changed to the C:\Document and
Settings\shollar directory rather than their actual location. It seems
that the path got changed during the latest beta installation, since it
was working in the previous release.
After setting the correct path under PMMail Properties, sending signed
messages is working again. Sure would have been nice to get some sort
of notice that the key ring files could not be found.
