[pmmail-list] Filters broken in 2.20.2661

Several of my filters have stopped working!
I have constructed several test filters to identify the problem and have found that if I have the filter

h.From="@"

the filter triggers (and in this case the email is moved)
Strangly if I change the filter to

!h.From="@"

the filter ALSO triggers. The From address was a normal email address containing an @
