In Opera, check "Use specific email client" with the following
string:
F:\pmmail\PMMailw.exe /srd mailto:%t?subject=%s
(replace with your correct path tp PMMail of course).
this opens a compose window from you currently selected account, and 
fills in a subject if specified in the link.
