I like the new format but a lot of it doesn't work - when logged in
and trying to vote in a poll (eg the ldap poll), I see the choices
and can select one but I end up at the page saying that I cannot
vote in a poll.

Also cannot post, I get the permissions page.

Also ended up with this message a lot:
