[pmmail-list] One fell through the what-to-display heuristic

Hi folks,

I just received a periodic newsletter which is somewhat
stupidly sent with a mime-type of "multipart/mixed" but only
one part (html). Even with the setting of "View the HTML part
of a message when available" checked, PMMail is showing the
raw source.
I ought to be shown either unformatted text or rendered HTML
according to the preference. (and the raw source if I use Alt-V)
I guess that Multipart/mixed needs to be treated the same as 
multipart/alternative (or is this just a bug due to the lack 
of a second part?)
