[pmmail-list] Filter question

Right, this works as
h.fromid="$ab$"
using all address books.

After some searching I found a message from PMMail OS/2 Support (dated
22 Mar 2002) that says
==============================CUT==============================
h.from="$ab.Listserv Book$"
==============================CUT==============================

If I understand that right (after reading help documents), this is for
to look for the From: address in a single address book. Same should be
with 
h.fromid="$ag.AddrGroup$"
but it doesn't work here (nothing happens). Is there a way or tool to
debug such things?
