[pmmail-list] One more (simple) suggestion

When deleting messages, use the SHIFT-DEL combination to do true
deletes regardless of the preferences setting.

Most of the time I like the trash folder, but sometimes I don't want to do the
two-step delete and them empty the trash.

You could protect this with a (disable-able) messagebox warning.
