[pmmail-list] small problem in 2625

I'm not sure if this was a problem before or not.

I forwarded a message that contained a URL. I inserted another URL a
couple lines under that one. I wanted to add additional text on a line
between these URLs, but no matter how many newlines I inserted or where
I was when I inserted them, the new text was always blue and underlined
(as were the URLs). My compose window is always plain text (i.e., HTML
formatting is off).

I assume that because I am sending plain text, this bug has no affect
on the message that was sent, but it still is wrong in terms of the
interface. Is there even a good reason to format the URLs in the
compose window?
