A sensible way to separate the PMMail Program from the Mail Data would
certainly rock. There should be a pointer for PMMail to find the mail
files. This pointer should be separate for each user.
- On Windows an entry in the registry is the right way (HKCurrentUser).
- On Unix/Linux a hidden files in $HOME is a good way.
- On OS/2 I don't know.
At the moment I'm installing PMMail into my personal Data directory
(on W2k) as this is the only way it finds its mail. I would certainly
prefer a better solution.

>Rock? "Suck" is the word that springs to my mind ;-) Its about
>time the world escaped this kind of one user, one machine, one
>app instance windows weanie wimpy wanky mindset! ;-)
