[PMMail 2000 Support]

I have posted a new build to the FTP site that somewhat corrects the
migration utility AND adds the optional Reply-to field in the General
tab of the settings notebook. In what seems to be ritual, I didn't get
this until late this afternoon and haven't had a whole lot of time to
test, much less update the help file with the new menu option. This
build will likely never make it to the website, just wanted to let
everyone here have a stab at it, especially if you were in need of
removing the Reply-to header.

Peter mainly focused on the Netscape migration, but we still have some
work to do before that is all sorted out. He also corrected one issue
with an HTML message not displaying correctly. I beleive he is even
more ready to re-write the MIME engine now since we ran across yet
another message that PMMail didn't quite understand today. The message
contained 'nested' MIME parts, and PMMail just doesn't recognize that
with the current code.
