I would like a filter action to save the recipient address of an
email to the address book.  That way, I can use an outgoing filter to
capture the addresses of people I write or reply to.  

The saving of senders' addresses on incoming mail is useless as it
saves lots I don't want or need, quite apart from the affect of spam!
