[pmmail-list] new build

[PMMail 2000 Support]

I don't think this will concern many of us on this list, but there is a
new build out that corrects the problem of PMMail's 45 day trial
expiring the second time PMMail was started!

Quite an interesting bug, but Peter managed to fix it today and build
2.20.2659 contains only that one fix, so you should only need to
download if you are running an unregistered copy of PMMail.
