It's not PMMail's fault I believe ...
Typically it has more to do with the receiving email server ...

For instance ...
At the firm I work at we use Exchange 5.5 & 2000 ... all Microsoft at the backend ...
Whenever I request a receipt via PMMail for OS/2 I always get one back ...

YMMV ...
