   I guess you mean the MH format. 

   There is no need to "export" messages from PMmail -- PMmail stores 
the messages in the same form, as it got them from the net. Pure, no 
additions, no special formats. 

   I don't know, what MH adds to the pure RFC-2822 message, but I would 
guess that you find everything needed in the messages themselves, or 
already extracted in the index files, i.e. the FOLDER.BAG file which has 
one line for each message in that folder.
