[pmmail-list] Repairing PMMail/2 Provided Dictionary

Among other problems with the dictionary provided as part of PMMail/2,
there are some MISSPELLED words in the file:
	dictot.dic
How can these words be deleted?

I tried just editing the file and deleting the incorrect words.  But,
after doing so, it was impossible to spell check valid words.  e.g., It
did not like "my" as a simple word.

Fortunately, I had a backup from before I made the changes and could
restore the file.  But, how do I get rid of these 'bad' words?
