[pmmail-list] How to stop duplicate messages

Thanks for all your help in giving me an understanding of the use of remote control.

I've been using PMMail since it first came out for my late lamented OS/2
and now use it for Windows.  I also use it with Linux under Win4Lin.

I thought I knew the program pretty well but never even noticed the remote control function.
And it's not well documented at all in the main help screen - you have to go to
the remote control window with f4 and use it's help.

Remote control is a very useful function and I'll be using it next time a long download of messages fails.
