[pmmail-list] Priority indicators - enhancement

If a message is high priority, the envelope is coloured red and after
reading there is a red dot.

If low priority then a green envelope and a green dot.


However, all three priorities give a blue arrow if replied to - I
would like to see the arrow retain the colour of the original.
