[pmmail-list] SpamFiltering better idea?

As I get more and more spams with type of:

Does anybody have a better idea?

BTW. It's funny that domainholders are suspected to be male and have
big depts and problems with their penis
;-)
Maybe we should inform the whole advertising industrie?
