[pmmail-list] Convert mail from Pegasus?

G'day folks,

Anyone know of or have a util to convert mail from Pegasus mail
straight to PMMail on a win machine? 

(At the moment, conversion can be done from Pegasus --> Eudora -->
Pmmail, but I'd like to cut out that middle step if at all possible :-)
