I recommend SAProxy, a windows proxy for SpamAssassin. It's free and open
source.

SpamAssassin has the baysian filtering like POPfile, but also a huge range of
other spam detecting options that work in concern to automaticly improve the
baysian database.

Or even better, run it on your mailserver if you have access. SpamAssassin is
written in Perl.
