[pmmail-list] Filter question - possible to add BCC header to outgoing email?

This alternative might work for you.  We use this in our office to
automatically route a copy of certain e-mails to an internal archive
address.  It is transparent to all.

If the address for the Bcc: is fixed, you can use the Bounce function
to automatically send an outgoing mail to a second address and no
headers need to be added.
