Dean,

	I believe that if you double click on an message in the SENT
folder to open it in it's own window and then his <CNTL-V> to view the
*complete* message, you'll see the BCC header on emails you've sent. 
unfortunately, <CNTL-V> doesn't work in the message preview pane.
