Hi Marty,

Please don't take this personally since it is NOT meant that way, but would you try to 
break what you are trying to say into shorter sentences and paragraphs?

I find reading and understanding a nearly 200 word sentence quite difficult and I have to 
say that I gave up with yours; I don't even know what your problem is! Perhaps 
reposting in a re-written form might make it easier for people to help.
