[pmmail-list] No Message Compose Window

All,

I have set up a new account in PMMail 2000 (build 2661) and it receives (and sends 
blank messages) just fine.  When I try to compose a new message, or reply, the 
window pops up, but the Compose window (where the body goes) does not appear.  The 
rest of the window appears, but that tool does not -- it is the same grey colour as 
the background of the window (no 3D effect either, indicating that the window is 
not being rendered at all).  Trying to tab into that pane will not access it 
either.

Anyone ever seen this before?
