[pmmail-list] Catching passed email file in VisualBasic or VBS

Not silly ... but, of course, Windows doesn't come with a
Rexx interpreter.  There are a couple of them out there,
though.  

One free download I tried but I couldn't get it to run my
code ... maybe it was my code, but the code ran ok on OS/2.
 

The other one would have required me to spend money ... not
a lot ... I think $30? or $60?  can't remember ... but it
was more than I wanted to spend at the time 

Besides, I felt I needed to learn other languages that I
was more likely to find available on machines I might
likely be working on or with.
