What are you telling us???
To install as Admin is simply a fact if you work with NT W2K and security acitvated XP.
And be sure, that it is a good idea.

And I run PMMail as ordinary user, without copying any files.
Maybe I have changed the rights of some files and dirs in the program directory.

And this is the only really madness with most of the programmers.
They should simply keep all necessary in there programm-dir.
To me that eases control of rights on the programms. 
Say, which user is allowed to see/work with what programm.

And if not, they should simply keep all changable files there.

'Change ini file location', 'all users' or 'seperate settings' are e.g. things every installer should ask you, if installing on 
a multiuser system.
