[pmmail-list] More Wish List Items

As long as we're adding things to the PMMail wish list...

I have one of the Microsoft Explorer mice (trackball, actually) with the two 
extra buttons for forward and back.  It would be nice if we could add three or 
four lines of code to PMMail so that these really did allow one to scroll 
through the message lists, just like the F11/F12 keys.
