[pmmail-list] PMMSEND.EXE Query

Thanks - a bit "involved" but that'll do the trick - I noticed that 
the email does make it as far as PMMail's Outbox (where it stays 
due to getting unknown user back from the smtp server). It's a 
shame I can't really parse the "to" address and bounce it to 
the parsed address!

Quite a number of times I've really wanted such  string handling 
and variables etc added to ICSL and the filter actions etc.
