I think I'd prefer a checkbox I could select to add a To: address to
the MRU list.  I have hundreds of addresses in my address book but
there are only a very few of them that I'd like to auto-complete. 
That's why I prefer to use the MRU file rather than just drawing from
the entire address book.  Another option could be to have an option for
each address in the address book to indicate whether or not you'd like
that address to auto-complete.
