[pmmail-list] Launching links takes for ever

	I have noticed lately that launching links from v2717 seems to take an 
inordinate amount of time 10+ seconds. I know this doesn't seem like much but I 
can launch links from other programs and it is basically instant. This is for 
Mozilla1.4 and hyperterminal so it is not just one app. I am also using mozilla's 
quick launch feature so it is not having to start from scratch.
