FWIW, PMMail NEVER ran on DOS... hence the name.
The case handling is funky. Who cares? And what evidence is there that this has
anything to do with performance? And how relevant is some nitpicking like case
when you have bugs like MS03-026, impacting every NT version since 4.0 (and
maybe earlier)?
