[pmmail-list] how can I go to these web sites?

Maybe I'm wrong and I need to go read some RFCs, but this does not appear to be
a properly formatted email. I believe that if they want to include HTML tags,
they must include a mime type of text/html and provide first plaintext, then a
properly formatted HTML section. A properly formatted HTML document must
include an HTML and a DOCTYPE tag, neither of which this document has. The
schmo at Budweiser who threw this together- probably just by pasting crap into
Outlook - should be sent back to Marketing where they belong and a real IT guy
or gal who actual knows and understands HTML be given a job in their place.
