  No no no. Do never change that number. That is the number of the 
address book by which the individual records in ADDR.DB reference the 
books they belong to. 

  If you change that number, then no address can find it's actual book 
any more. 

  The books are presented both in the address book manager as well as 
the RMB context menu in the TO and CC fields in the order they appear in 
the BOOKS.DB file. This order can be rearranged to suit your needs or 
taste, but the number in the fourth and last field of every entry has to 
stay unchanged.
