Then you're much luckier than me, or most I suspect.  RBL lists
caught about 10% of spam for my office, and a few, but embarrassing,
false positives.  I now use Bayesian filtering (currently Pitonyak's,
but I'm looking at ASSP) which does require me to keep an eye on it
(for the whole office), but catches 99% of spam with no significant
false positives.
