[pmmail-list] Filtering and animated icon

Set the first action of the filter to Set Status - Read and the next
action to Set  Status - Unread.

This is the method I have used that maintains the unread status, but
gives no audible or visual indication of the new message, except for
the folder indicating unread mail.
