I couldn't disagree more on this pessimistic viewpoint ...
Without a statement on some kind from BPSW it's all just guessing on our=
 part on what's happening ...

Last thing we were told Peter Niesen(sp) was working on version 3 ... a =
major undertaking ...
My gut tells me that the reason we're not seeing any response from BPSW =
is due to this effort ...

Plus quite frankly I've tried The Bat and others and I'm not impressed .=
..
IMHO PMMail is still the email client of choice for a nice clean interfa=
ce ...

I could very well be wrong I admit but until an official notice is poste=
d I'm sticking with PMMail ...
After all it runs very well and does everything I need (and I imagine ot=
hers too) without any hassles ...

I know that many of us are very frustrated but I suggest that if it is w=
orking for you hang in there ...
Who knows, we may all be very pleasantly surprised in the long run ...

Isn't it worth giving BPSW the benefit of the doubt for what could be a =
multi-plateform email client ...
We know they are definitely supporting Windows, possibly OS/2, and using=
 the libraries they are using even Linux ...

To me, that would be worth the wait ...
