[pmmail-list] Errors when fetching mail / duplicate mails etc.

I've seen problems with PMMail hanging when downloading mail, and in my
case, it's caused by a malformed email that has no linefeeds in it.

I've found that PMMail will only hang on these mails if you use Remote
Control to retrieve, or if you have "Leave mail on servers" checked in
your options.  If you do a standard retrieve mail+delete, then these
emails will usually download okay.

I'm hoping they fix this bug, too, but meanwhile, I'm looking at
alternatives like The Bat or Mozilla Thunderbird.
