Thanks, I haven't tried your identical suggestions yet, but will do so
later.  I don't see how this one differs in its result from h.to="",
but it is better form, IMO.
Ah, you have energised a dormant little grey cell, maybe !h="To: ",
would work as it should look through all headers and be triggered if
the header, "To: ", is not present.
