Hi Patrick,

That Forum has been up for a couple of years but it has never been well
supported.   If you look through some of the topics you will see quite
a number that have never received any response from the "support" staff
over the past couple of years.

The only thing PMMail support managed to say in their October posting
was that they had nothing to say...
