[pmmail-list] Enhancement request

Right clicking on the folder does _not_ default to the folder
in my version of 2711 under Windows 98SE.

I wish it did as it's a real PITA to _always_ have to browse 
to the folder of interest.

I gather from some of the messages on this thread that this
behavior may not be consistant.
