Over the years since BPSW bought this product, there have
been a few spokesmen for them who, initially, have been
full of vigor and worked hard to keep their customers informed.
Over time, all of that enthusiasm and good intent fades to what
you see now from Brandon.
Common thread: same management.
(BTW, looking back thru my archived email from the "original"
PMMail support list (which I subscribed to in October 1996), I
see that tomorrow will be the FOUR year anniversary of BPSW
purchasing the product! "Nice" press release -- was tempted to
repost it here, but it will surely start a runaway thread.
Anyway, everyone celebrate appropriately...)
