[pmmail-list] PMMailW install fails (was downloaded PMMailW corrupted)

Hi Marty,

I am now able to download, but see message below - I now get a 16 bit Windows Subsystem Error.
This is now happening on all copies of PMMail  - haven't tried other apps.  It is no longer a download 
problem it is something else, but I have no idea what it is.
