Filtering is not the issue. It's the large chunk of unnecessary text added to the
header. It is a waste, pure and simple. All that crud is only added to *incoming* mail
for initial evaluation of SpamAssassin's performance, to be turned off later. It is
*not* supposed to be in outgoing mail.
I, too, have a spam filter. Here is what it adds to my mail:
X-Bogosity: No, tests=bogofilter, spamicity=0.000000, version=0.15.3
One line. That's it. Not the 10-20 lines SpamAssassin lards in.
Here is what was in the header I received from your post:
X-Spam-Status: No, hits=-1.0 required=5.0
tests=EMAIL_ATTRIBUTION,IN_REP_TO
version=2.54
X-Spam-Level:
X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 2.54 (1.174.2.17-2003-05-11-exp)
X-Spam-Report: ---- Start SpamAssassin results
-1.00 points, 5 required;

Content analysis details:
IN_REP_TO (-0.5 points) Has a In-Reply-To header
EMAIL_ATTRIBUTION (-0.5 points) BODY: Contains what looks like an email attribution
---- End SpamAssassin results
